Bianco 2018 Biodynamic it is slightly bitter yetBianco is a blend of mostly Malvasia and Procanico, with a small addition of ancient local grapes, Moscato, Giallo, and Roscetto from 50 year old vines. Extended skin contact, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 12 months. This orange wine is racy, bright, zesty, and citrusy! Very approachable in its youth!
